CR1A Chrome Etchant
Union Etchant International's
(UEI) premium CR1A chrome etchant is designed for photo-etching ultra-precision
thick and thin films on vacuum-deposited chrome and nichrome. CR1A's carefully
controlled formula is ideal for use in etching hybrids, resistors and microwave
conductor patterns. CR1A is designed to etch approximately 35 angstroms of
chrome in one second at room temperature.
The formulation of UEI's
CR1A Chrome Etchant offers many advantageous features and
benefits.
Offers greater
production flexibility and quality control: CR1A is designed to give you
maximum control during the production process because it is:
- Compatible with positive
and negative photo resists: CR1A provides excellent photo pattern
resolution and definition and is compatible with positive and negative photo
resists.
- Semi-transparent:
Because CR1A is a a semi-transparent liquid, you can more easily observe the
etching process and maintain quality control of your processes.
- Formulated for minimal
undercutting
Convenient and
ready-to-use: CR1A can be used at room temperature, saving you time and
money.
